The season's 1st snowfall was on December 7th- a night that Daddy was working, go figure! But I took the kids out (very briefly!) to capture the moment & Ian's 1st time in the snow.

Even though he doesn't go to daycare with big sister yet, the ladies in the baby room still let him have an opportunity to pose like all the other babies!

Santa came to visit at A's school, so we tried to save a trip to the mall by seeing him here- and a good thing because A was terrified of Santa, and we didn't have to pay for pictures!

One evening the kids & I drove to a nearby neighborhood to see some Christmas lights. We even found a couple houses that put on quite the show! They sync their flashing lights to music, and when you pull up to their yard you can tune in on a certain radio station to hear the music that aligns with their lights- how cool!

Christmas Eve: We celebrated our Lord's birth by attending Christmas Eve mass, then eating supper at Granny & Grampy's house. The kids even got to open up one present each!

Christmas Day: We woke up early to find all the goodies Santa brought us while we were sleeping! He loaded up our stockings, and even left some gifts underneath the tree, too!
